Items are created and fulfilled by third-party production partners although the artwork is unique and the property of Bones and the Bull.  These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.

2. Eligibility

3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

  • Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and print methods.

  • Sizes and measurements are approximate and may vary by manufacturer.

  • Because items are print-on-demand, slight differences may occur between batches.

We reserve the right to change product details, pricing, or availability at any time.

4. Ordering & Fulfilment

All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by trusted third-party production partners.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Production times may vary.

  • Inventory and fulfilment are subject to our partners’ availability.

  • Orders begin processing shortly after purchase and may not be cancellable once production has started.

We will notify you of any significant delays or issues as soon as possible.

5. Shipping

Shipping times depend on your location and the fulfilment provider.
Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because our items are made-to-order:

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • If you receive an issue item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We will replace or refund eligible items at no cost to you.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Colour/placement differences consistent with print-on-demand production

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the chosen currency and may change without notice.
We accept payment through approved third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including designs, images, logos, branding, and text—is the property of Bones and the Bull or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal or harmful purposes
